Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?
We are mobile and come to you. To do bumper repair all we need is access to a power source (a plug outlet) and enough room for us to park next to your vehicle.
Can you do the work anywhere, like at my place of employment?
It depends. Not all places of employment allow outside vendors to work on their property. It’s important to make sure your employer approves this and that we have enough space to work that won’t interfere or impact other vehicles.
How do you match the paint color of my vehicle?
The color code for your vehicle is located inside the door panel, hood, glove box, or trunk. We use specialized software to look up the formula based on your model. Then, using our mobile paint system, we are able to mix the paint on-the-spot using this information.
How long does it take you to paint and repair a bumper?
Generally, it takes around 2 hours to fix minimal damage to a bumper. If it’s more extensive – a dent or a crack – it usually takes up to 4 hours.
Is it easy and fast to repair a chip or small scratch on my vehicle?
Although the damage may appear “small,” in order for it to look perfect the entire surface, area or panel needs to be painted. This is different than simply doing touch-up.
What is paint touch-up?
It is not paint repair. It involves hiding chips and buffing out light scratches. It’s a cosmetic alternative to full paint repair.
In addition to my bumper, can you repair damage on other parts of my vehicle?
Yes, we can repair minor damage on other parts of a vehicle. We recommend emailing or texting us pictures to receive a free estimate. If the damage is too extensive, then we usually recommend you take your vehicle to a body shop.
Can I drive my vehicle immediately after paint repair?
It’s not recommended. It typically takes up to 2 hours before the paint is dry enough for you to drive your vehicle.
How much do you charge?
Prices vary based on the extent of damage and services needed. For example, bumper repairs range anywhere from $250-$600 per bumper. Scratch removal and touch-up range from $75-$250.
